Contaminated Land Program Update

We have recently refreshed our Regional Contaminated Land project web page, making it easier than ever for Council staff to access a range of helpful documents for managing contaminated land.

The Model Regional Contaminated Land Policy for Land Use Planning is available to support member Councils develop local contaminated land policies in a regionally consistent manner and is accompanied by a range of supporting procedures and guides, designed to assist Councils to effectively implement the Model Policy at the local level.
